The Wrekin Housing Trust and Choices Housing Association are currently developing schemes of extra care apartments for the over 55s under their ShireLiving brand at sites across the county and its developments at Ellesmere Road, Shrewsbury, Holyhead Road, Bicton Shrewsbury and Alexandra Road, Oswestry are set to see first residents move in next year.
